We stayed at DLS Tehri Resort, Chamba from 20th June to 24th June and booked 3 rooms. Honestly, I would like to share my genuine experience. The property is very beautiful with scenic surroundings and good potential. However, the service needs major improvement. The biggest issue we faced was extremely slow service. Whenever we ordered food, first the sabji would arrive and then we had to wait almost 30 minutes for rotis. This happened daily during our stay. Even for basic requirements like drinking water, delivery sometimes took 2–3 hours. The swimming pool experience was also inconvenient. There is no lift access and guests have to use stairs for almost 2 floors to reach the pool area, which is very difficult for kids and elderly people. We also waited nearly 2 hours for the pool to be cleaned before we could use it. Another challenge is that the dining area is located quite far from the rooms, requiring a 5–6 minute walk each time for meals. Overall, the property is beautiful, but it appears that the staff strength is not sufficient to manage guest services efficiently. With better staffing and faster service, this resort could offer a much better experience.

I purchased the Aquaguard Sure Delight NXT RO+UV+UF in October 2023. The water purification quality is good, and the purifier is easy to use for daily needs. However, the service experience could be better, as maintenance and response times are sometimes slow. Overall, it's a good product with satisfactory performance, but the after-sales service needs improvement.

I purchased the Dyson Air Purifier Big+Quiet in October 2024, and it has been an excellent investment. It effectively improves indoor air quality, operates very quietly, and is perfect for larger rooms. The smart controls and LCD display are easy to use, and the build quality is premium. We have taken the AMC service from VAYU Elevator Services. The maintenance team is generally cooperative and attends service requests when required. However, response time can be improved on some occasions. Overall, the service is satisfactory, but there is still room for improvement in timely support and preventive maintenance.

Purchased the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 2.5 years ago, and it's still working great. Smooth performance, excellent battery life, super-fast charging, and good camera quality. A reliable phone with great value for money. Highly recommended!

The design is beautiful and looks elegant, but after using it for about 15 days, the gold plating started to fade. The overall quality was not as expected, and it doesn't seem very durable.
