Excellent Customer Service Experience with Nappa Dori We ordered a pocket knife from Nappa Dori (Order No. NDIN20820) worth ₹4,600. After receiving the product, we found the quality and craftsmanship to be excellent, but unfortunately, it did not meet our specific requirements. Although the product was not eligible for return as per their policy, the Nappa Dori team kindly considered our request as a special gesture. They accepted the return and processed a credit note smoothly. We truly appreciate their customer-first approach, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile. Such thoughtful service reflects the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended for their quality products and excellent support.

Very Disappointing Product Quality & Poor After-Sales Service I purchased a Voltas Water Cooler 40/80 on 12 June 2025 for my office use at a cost of ₹34,500. Unfortunately, the compressor failed just a few days after the one-year warranty expired. A compressor is a critical component that should last for many years, not just one. This raises serious concerns about the product's quality and durability. To make matters worse, the authorized service centre, Dazzling Cool, was extremely rude and unprofessional in its approach. Instead of considering the issue sympathetically, they simply quoted ₹12,000 for the compressor replacement, despite the failure occurring immediately after the warranty period.

Stayed at Mharo Khet, Jodhpur from 11th July 2026 (check-in) to 12th July 2026 (check-out), and it was a very disappointing experience. A property charging premium rates should at least provide basic safety and service standards. We found dirty towels, broken glass around the property (which injured our nanny), extremely slow service despite very low occupancy, no club car facility (not disclosed before arrival), and inconsistent food quality. Walking long distances in the July heat with two small children was unacceptable. The biggest disappointment was the complete lack of hospitality. Rajasthan is known for its warmth and guest experience, but there was no proactive service or effort to make our stay memorable. Luxury is about safety, service, and attention to detail—not just beautiful rooms. Unfortunately, this stay failed on all three. We have photographs to support every issue mentioned.

I had a very disappointing experience at DLS Tehri Club Resort. Unfortunately, the property did not live up to the expectations set by its website. The rooms had an unpleasant smell upon arrival, which made the stay uncomfortable. Basic hygiene and guest amenities were lacking, including the unavailability of essential sanitary items. The staff also appeared to be inadequately trained, resulting in poor coordination and an overall unsatisfactory guest experience. Room service was significantly delayed, even for basic requests, and the pool area was untidy and not well maintained. Another major disappointment was the absence of the advertised game zone. It was one of the reasons we chose this resort, but no such facility was available despite being mentioned on the website. Overall, the resort needs considerable improvement in cleanliness, staff training, service efficiency, and ensuring that the amenities advertised online are actually available. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.
