Welcome to AsliReview ("we", "us", "the Platform"), accessible at aslireview.com. By accessing or using AsliReview, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
AsliReview is an online platform where users share reviews and experiences about vendors, businesses, products, and services in India. AsliReview is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Reviews, ratings, fraud reports, and vendor listings are created by users, not by AsliReview. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy of any user-generated content.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person may hold only one account. Accounts created to manipulate ratings, impersonate others, or evade bans will be terminated.
When you post a review you confirm that: (a) it describes your own genuine, first-hand experience; (b) it is truthful to the best of your knowledge; (c) you are not being paid or incentivised by anyone — including the vendor or their competitor — to post it; (d) you are not the owner, employee, or relative of the business being reviewed; and (e) any transaction proof you attach (UPI reference, receipt, order ID) relates to a real transaction you made.
Prohibited content includes: knowingly false statements, hate speech, threats, personal data of others (phone numbers, addresses of individuals), obscene material, spam, content that infringes intellectual property, and anything unlawful under Indian law. The "fraud" tag must only be used for genuine experiences of being cheated, and misuse of it is a serious violation of these Terms.
Users may attach a UPI reference number, order ID, or receipt to a review. The "Proof attached" badge indicates that the reviewer submitted such proof. AsliReview performs reasonable checks but cannot independently confirm every transaction with banks or payment networks. The badge is an indicator of good faith, not a guarantee.
Businesses may claim their listing, respond publicly to reviews, and dispute reviews they believe are false or malicious through our built-in dispute process. Disputes are examined by human moderators. Businesses may also contact our Grievance Officer (see our Grievance page) for complaints, including requests for removal of unlawful content.
We may remove content, restrict features, shadow-ban, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice. We maintain an internal audit log of moderation actions. Content may also be removed pursuant to valid legal orders or the grievance process under the IT Rules, 2021.
Reviews and verdict labels (such as "Safe", "Caution", "Avoid") are generated from user opinions and user-submitted data. They are provided "as is" for general information only and do not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice. You should conduct your own due diligence before any transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsliReview and its founder shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on Platform content or from transactions between users and vendors.
By posting content you grant AsliReview a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and share that content on the Platform and in Platform communications (for example, WhatsApp share previews). The AsliReview name, logo, and design are our property.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
