The Quality of the product is great. Will share further after long term use

I had expected better from Philips. The trimmer itself felt lightweight and was comfortable to hold, and the blades were reasonably gentle on the skin during the first use. The biggest disappointment was that no charger was included in the box. Since there was no charger, I had to use my mobile phone charger to charge the trimmer. Unfortunately, after doing that, the trimmer stopped working completely, which was extremely frustrating. A product should either include the proper charger or clearly ensure compatibility with standard USB chargers to avoid this kind of issue. Overall, the initial performance was decent, but the charging experience completely ruined it for me. I expected much better quality and reliability from a brand like Philips.
