Good customer care service and durable products
I purchased the Aquaguard Sure Delight NXT RO+UV+UF in October 2023. The water purification quality is good, and the purifier is easy to use for daily needs. However, the service experience could be better, as maintenance and response times are sometimes slow. Overall, it's a good product with satisfactory performance, but the after-sales service needs improvement.
