I purchased the Tata Nexon Smart Plus S Manual in October 2025. Overall, I feel the car has good build quality and gives a solid, safe feeling on the road. Based on the car itself, I would have been happy to rate it 4 stars or even higher. However, there are two major issues that have affected my overall experience. First is the fuel average. My car is currently delivering only around 9.8 km/L, which I find quite disappointing, especially considering my expectations from the vehicle. I was told by the dealer(Vikas Automobile) that the average will be 17 km/L which was a lie. The second and more serious issue is the misinformation provided by the dealer. At the time of purchase, I was specifically told that the car's manufacturing date was after July 2025. Since I purchased the car in October 2025, this information was important to me. However, after the purchase, I discovered that the actual manufacturing date of my car was January 2025. This was extremely disappointing because I made my purchase based on the information provided by the dealer. Had I known the actual manufacturing date beforehand, I would have reconsidered my decision. The build quality and overall driving experience are good, but the low fuel efficiency and, more importantly, the incorrect information regarding the manufacturing date have significantly affected my satisfaction. I would have rated the Nexon 4+ stars, but considering these issues and my experience with the dealer, 3 stars is what I feel is fair.
