Overall Experience: Disappointing I booked MNJ Mansion directly for our team trip in Bhubaneswar. The hotel owner told me that it was only around 8 km from Bhubaneswar Railway Station, but the actual distance was around 19 km. The auto fare to reach the hotel was also around ₹1,000. The hotel is about 500 metres from the highway, but the road to the property is in very poor condition, with numerous potholes. The surroundings are quite isolated, with fields all around and very few residential areas nearby. It did not feel like a convenient or family-friendly location. The rooms and breakfast were okay, and I have no complaints about those. However, the overall experience was not good, especially because I had booked it for my team based on its 4.9 Google rating. The location and accessibility were very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for family or team stays, especially if you are looking for a convenient and well-connected location.
