I purchased the AO Smith Z5 Water Purifier in June 2023 and have been using it for around 3 years. The water purification quality is good, and the purifier works well. However, the after-sales service is not satisfactory. Service requests take longer than expected, and the overall service experience needs improvement. The product is good, but the customer support should be much better.
